We collect your email address and name when you sign up. We log the questions you ask in order to improve the product. We do not collect or store health or medical data beyond what you voluntarily type into the chat.
Your data is used to provide the service, improve search quality, and send occasional product updates (unsubscribe any time). We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except our infrastructure providers (Anthropic, base44) under strict data processing agreements.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
You can request a copy of your data, delete your account, or opt out of communications at any time by emailing privacy@deepweed.io. We comply with GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. In the event of a breach we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by law.
